Our 100% organic olive trees are Italian Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino varieties, as well some Spanish Sevillano and Manzanilla. We moved sixty, 100 year old trees from Chico, and planted more than 300 younger trees that came from McEvoy ranch and a few other sources. The rich blend of varieties give our extra virgin olive oil fruity and pungent characteristics as well as a rich and robust flavor.
